The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who actually was great support and provide all our requirements in no time. They also arranged for the PCR test in our room and sent the printed results to us. The location is perfect near everything in Bishkek. They also provide free covered parking. Really good value for money.

Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary bike rentals.
